1. The pageant will be on the 15th of September 2018 starts at 10:00 final program will be emailed to you 1 month before pageant date.

2. All contestants pay an entry fee of R150.00

3. All contestants will get a goodie bag. (no contestant will leave without a gift)

4. Each contestant will get a contestant invoice with contestant number on. Contestants must report to contestant table to receive their

    contestant number card that must be pinned to clothing.

5. Parents must please practice with their little one.

6. Please provide us with the music your little one will walk on. In this way they already feel comfortable as they practiced at home.

7. Their will be food and soft-drinks facilities to purchase at the venue.

8. Venue will be confirmed 3 months before 15th of September, the size of the venue will be determined by the amount of the entries.

9. 2 members will enter for free with contestant, any other members that wants to join in the fun and be part of the crowd pays an entry fee of: Kids R10.00 Adults R20.00

10. Two walks will be done, first walk casual second smart (their will be changing facilities)

11. All entries needs to be in by 31 May 2018 no entries will be accepted after this date.

12. Parents to please fill in the entry form with correct details.

13. Crowning the following will be crowned in all categories 1st princess, 1st Prince -2nd Princess, 2nd Prince - Queen & King overall Miss & Mr SP 2018 supreme.

14. Sashes - sashes will be handed over to each winner.
