Terms for Promotional Shoots

- Promotional shoots are to be paid in full on due date of invoice
- If you cancel you will have to pay R100 cancellation fee, as well as the gift value (you may still get the gift within terms)
- If you fail to pay after cancellation, monthy charges of 10% will be added untill Dept collection mark. You will also loose your gift if you do not pay within 1 month of original shoot date,
- Please do not make a booking if you cannot pay for the shoot, we can reschedule for you within 24 hours notice but payment still needs to be made on invoice due date.

1. After your shoot, we edit your images first,this can take up to 1 week.

2. Once your images has been edited you will receive all the images on Low res via email. You will have 1 month to order. if not you loose your package deal and you will have to pay for the Cd and if any prints again.

3. Go through your images and reply via email, for your order you get with your package (please see packages terms)

4. Once we receive your order back we then print and prepare your order. You will get notified once your order is back in studio for collection.

5. Once notified your order is ready for collection, you have 1 month to collect your order, if not collected you will be charged storage fee, this will be 10% of your shoot package cost, every month for 1 year after a year your product will be discarded of and your account will

remain in arrears until you have paid the storage amount 10% will still be added until it has reached Dept collection amount of R1000.00

if you wish to book with us again the outstanding must be paid before any booking will be made.

We pay external company to keep all our files safe and in archive so please collect on or before due date, if you cannot collect, please make

contact with us, or send someone to collect for you to avoid any charges.

6. NO WHATS-APP orders will be accepted only via order link send via email please.

7. Kindly note we are only open by appointment, so please let us know when you can collect your goods so we can notify you of opening hours for that day.
