Terms & Conditions when booking for your Shoot
1. General
1. The backdrop is white please no white clothing or shoes, if it is one of our promotional backdrops and it is a different color you are welcome to wear white.
2. No Cellphone images allowed in studio.
3. Please be on time for your appointment, check studio location prior to your booking date. If you are late and your scheduled time has started we only proceed until your booking time is over.
4. Please be ready (hair and makeup needs to be done) before you arrive please, please be ready in outfit.
5. If you cant attend your shoot, you are obligated to notify us within 48 hours, if not a no show fee will be charged of R100.00 and 10% will be added monthly if you do not pay within due date.
6. If you need to reschedule it must be done within 48 Hours. if it is not within 48hours a rescheduling fee of R100.00 will be charged to your account. If you cant reschedule or do not want to reschedule you loose your deposit (please see payment terms)
7. Please attend to your little ones, if any breakages unfortunately you will be held liable to pay any damages.
8. All sneaks are loaded on our Facebook page, if you do not want your images on Facebook it is your responsibility to let us know on the day of your shoot. We are not obligated to load sneaks on our Facebook.
2. Payment Terms
1. Our banking details & reference number will be on your booking invoice after acceptance of terms & conditions.
2. Reference number is very important for us to allocate your payment.
3. 50% deposit is required to secure your booking within 24hours or arrange payment date, no shoots will be done on cash arrangements.
4. EFT, cash Deposit is excepted, no cash send, or e-wallet please we will not accept this payment method.
5. If you do a cash deposit please add R45.00 for bank charges. not applicable for EFT payments.
6. The outstanding fee can be paid via card or cash at studio. If you swipe at the studio 5% will be added for bank charges, we do not swipe for R100.00 or less.
7. No refunds offered if you had your full session and did not request a reschedule with rescheduling fee in the case where thre child is not working with we can offer this.
3. After shoot Process
1. After your shoot, we edit your images first,this can take up to 1 week.
2. Once your images has been edited you will receive all the images on Low res via email. You will have 1 month to order otherwise you loose your free package prints and cd As we only keep orders for one month. Storage fee will be added to your invoice 10% of shoot original cost, we pay an external company to keep all images until client orders, and then have to repay for cd and any prints due to the storage cost we pay to the IT company.
3. Go through your images and reply via email, for your order you get with your package (please see packages terms)
4. Once we receive your order back we then print and prepare your order. You will get notified once your order is back in studio for collection.
5. Once notified your order is ready for collection, you have 1 month to collect your order, if not collected you will be charged storage fee, this will be 10% of your shoot package cost, every month for 1 year after a year your product will be discarded of and your account will
remain in arrears until you have paid the storage amount 10% will still be added until it has reached Dept collection amount of R1000.00
if you wish to book with us again the outstanding must be paid before any booking will be made.
We pay external company to keep all our files save and in archive so please collect on or before due date, if you cannot collect, please make
contact with us, or send someone to collect for you to avoid any charges.
6. NO WHATS-APP orders will be accepted only via email please.
7. Kindly note we are only open by appointment, so please let us know when you can collect your goods so we can notify you of opening hours for that day.
4. Poses & Special Requests
- Please ensure to tell your photographer what you want, if you have any ideas that you wanted ensure to let them know.
-If you also want only Full body or only half body images please specify (we can’t read your mind and do not know your likes.) We normally do full and half-length images.
- If you want any special editing done for example, Black and white images, marks removed, blemishes ect.
5. We are not liable for:
-Kindly note we are not liable for a child who does not smile in the images,
-If your child is a little difficult please ask your photographer for a little time to settle your child (we are all mothers in the studio) we know that your child might feel uncomfortable but we will try our best to make them feel at ease, but we can only do so much.
-If for some reason your images get lost due to SD card Failure or theft, we do not refund your money but we offer you a redo shoot.
Terms and Conditions for your specific shoot
1.1 Mini Shoot (30 edited images on CD no prints) 20 min shoot time.
- No white clothing or shoes on white backdrop
- No outfit change
- No usage of any props
- Max 4 people, if you want to add members it will be R50.00 per member.
- You are welcome to have an outfit change for R50.00 per person changing.
-If you want to use props it is R100.00 extra, please notify us what props you had in mind before your shoot. Backdrop hire R150.00
1.2 Studio Full session (50 edited images on Cd plus 5 digital 6x4" prints) 40 min shoot time.
- No white clothing or shoes on white backdrop.
- Come ready in first outfit and bring another outfit to change into.
- Max 4 people, if you want to add members it will be R50.00 per member.
- You are welcome to have an outfit change for R50.00 per person changing.
-If you want to use props it is R100.00 extra, please notify us what props you had in mind before your shoot. Backdrop Hire R150.00
1.3 Maternity Session (40 edited images on CD plus 5 digital 6x4" prints) 40 min shoot time.
- No white clothing or shoes on white backdrop. backdrop hire R150.00
- Come ready in first outfit and bring another outfit to change into.
- Max 4 people, if you want to add members it will be R50.00 per member.
- You are welcome to have an outfit change for R50.00 per person changing.
- Remember to bring baby scan and baby items. Also upon booking kindly notify us of the gender of baby.
- We use appropriate props for this session.
ADD On for maternity (wrap)
- Wrap (this is when we wrap you in lace and its an elegant image of your pregnancy
- you get 20 extra images on your CD plus 5 extra 6x4" digital prints when adding this service.
- The wrap session is for mommy alone. if you want to add your partner it will be R50.00 to add to service.
- Please wear comfortable underwear for this shoot.
ADD On for Maternity (Milk-bath)
- you get 20 extra images on CD plus 5 Digital 6x4" Prints
- Mommy only
- Please bring towel with for this session.
1.4 Newborn Session Mini (50 edited images on CD plus 10 6x4" digital prints) 1 hour shoot time.
-No white clothing or shoes on white backdrop.
- Come ready in first outfit and bring another outfit to change into.
- Max 4 people, if you want to add members it will be R50.00 per member. (this includes baby)
- You are welcome to have an outfit change for R50.00 per person changing.
- We use appropriate props in studio for baby.
- Please let us know prior to shoot date if its a boy or girl.
- If you want to bring any special baby items you are welcome to do so.
1.5 Newborn Session Mini (80 edited images on CD plus 10 6x4" digital prints) 1.5 hour shoot time.
-No white clothing or shoes on white backdrop.
- Come ready in first outfit and bring another outfit to change into.
- Max 4 people, if you want to add members it will be R50.00 per member. (this includes baby)
- You are welcome to have an outfit change for R50.00 per person changing.
- We use appropriate props in studio for baby.
- Please let us know prior to shoot date if its a boy or girl.
- If you want to bring any special baby items you are welcome to do so.
1.6 Smash cake session (40 edited images on CD plus 5 digital prints 6x4") 1 hour shoot time.
- We have different color backdrops for smash cake session, please do not wear same color as backdrop. (please discuss with your rep)
- We decorate accordingly to a color theme.
- Smash cake session is only for the birthday child. you may add a mini shoot to your session if you like, please notify us of this as your time will then be longer.
- Little one must please come ready in their smash cake outfit.
Add on Bath-time (10 extra images on CD plus 5 extra 6x4" prints)
- please remember child's towel and their bath toys.
- If child has any skin conditions please notify us, we use bubble bath in the water to foam up.
Add Milestone Poster
- Your rep will send you the sample link of the posters, please choose and revert back to us regarding the information we need to go on the poster.
- Please send this info to us at soonest.
Add on Cake
- We have standard cakes that goes with each theme. if you cancel your appointment or reschedule your appointment please be aware you will have to repay for the cake, as we cannot store it at the studio.
- The cake and poster is yours to keep after the shoot.
1.7 Location sessions (60 Edited images on Cd plus 10 6x4" digital Prints)
- We have set locations, you are welcome to chose your own, but we will then add traveling cost to your invoice.
- If any additional costs to your chosen location you will be liable for that fee.
- Max 4 members if you have more members it is R50.00 per extra members.
- No outfit change (if the location does not have changing facilities)
-If you require us to bring any props this will be an additional cost to you.
- Make sure prior to your appointment where the location is based.
- Hair and make-up to be done on arrival.
